REPRESENTATIVE PROBLEMS/SOLUTIONS:

• Asea Brown Boveri, had to set up a US Gas Turbine organization from scratch and time was critical. We worked with a great European leader and filled the key positions rapidly - President, Vice President's of Sales, Engineering, Project Management, the Manufacturing Manager and a number of their key reports.
• United Technologies was gearing up their Fuel Cell Division to full commercial availability. We provided the Eastern Regional Manager, Marketing Manager, and a Manager of Projects.
• Siemens needed to set up a Blade Design Engineering Team in Germany to design the next generation of blades for a new line of gas turbines. In three months we provided the Manager and three Advanced Turbine Blade Design Engineers.
